I am going to go out on a limb and say you are either adam or someone paid by him.


1. I do not see anything about deferred payments, but I do clearly see:

Name and Position: Adam Engel
Year: 2008
Salary: $120,000
Option Awards: 36,000(1)
Total ($)156,000

Also, the money he lent the company has been repaid: "In December 2007, our President Mr. Engel loaned us $10,000 pursuant to a 0% promissory note. This note has since been repaid in full."

2. No I have not spoken to them. At any rate I doubt they would give out any pertinent information. I know my company attorney would not relay any company information to any Joe Blow.


3. Yes, I knew the sole owner of the ionic bulb is Jason Ryu. He is not the one running the company and therefore I see no reason to speak to him.


4. Adam never returned any emails or calls in the past. Why would that all of the sudden change now?


5. I do not have a basement nor do I know how to play World of Warcraft. Maybe you could give us the run down?


6. I would not say what adam has done is even a child's best effort.


7. After adam ran this company into the ground, why would anyone want it?


8. I did all of my leg work a few months back.


9. I use to have a few hundred thousand shares, before adam screwed over all of the shareholders.


10. If you do not like what we are talking about, why don't you try being constructive, instead of coming off like a little baby screaming about how some other kid took his toy?
