I would be very surprised if we see a conversion ever. I still hold MSRM stock but after all this time I just don't see any willingness of the GBRC board to move ahead with the conversion. It's been more that 2 years that it should have taken place.

Sadly, we saw GBRC trade up to $5 at some point and I am sure my fellow MSRM shareholders would have trimmed their position just like I would have done. Since there was no conversion that opportunity came and went. C'est la vie I guess.

I don't understand the institutional discussion on this board. But for what it's worth if there is any benefit in creating this I'll be happy to donate a few shares. :)

Good luck to all and maybe, just maybe, we wake up one morning and read a headline saying the conversion is complete. Haha.
