goodfree, here is an answer on Revgine so far, I am trying to find out who the "Larger" Company is. As soon as I have it I'll let you know:

"Revgine is not in the lawnmower business and is part of a larger Company engaged in a license agreement with Cyclone. They are developing the engine whereas Cyclone developed the combustion chamber. They are not part of Cyclone."

They could be a Division of Raytheon or Advent.
