I want Closed financing/ Money exchanged and in larry's account. As soon as that happens a 35 cent stock in 2-3 days and this time it will not drop. right now we have a Pre-qual letter that means ZERO. You can have all the contracts to go in the world but if you do not have financing? No go.

Keep in mind financing like this does not come from banks. it comes from investment groups which is made up of lots of Rich people whom have lets say will give 1 million each, but want back lets say 12% and 500,000 shares each. I have a friend who does financing of large condo projects etc and that is how it works according to him.

It could a while now to get financing because risk tolerance is the highest or lack thereof since the early 90's.

I think the next Spike in Welwind will be early Feb?
