Blue Chip Investing, or Investing Strategies that are sound like Blue Chips?

I would be interested in a forum that evaluates some of the strategies individuals incorporate today. What worked in the past isn't working today.

Any thoughts on technical strategies, buy and hold, day trading are all worthy discussions and I look forward to following the boards contributors.
