That is my understanding - physical certs and your account will be deducted the dollar value of your original pre-conversion xxis holdings

i will be curious to know when the actual conversion happens as the reconversion back into common stock depends upon the calendar date stamped on the certs

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
