Most definately Orious. I think Galo received a rather large dose of overconsuming reality when that happened and he realized that the worst thing to do was to get even his loyal shareholders in an uproar which is never a good thing. Unfortunately, skeptisism for the "skeptics" fed the fire and provided the ammo to claim everything under the sun of what Galo was called or assumed to be. The only thing I can hope for was that the Board of Directors (the other 2 not including Ingala and Galo) had had a nice plate full of it and understood the investors dilema. Now others will say Galo hasn't learned, but I think being ambitious and frantically trying to do the right thing for the investors would panic even the most honest hearted person. But Oldschool also has a point, why is there a so called "miscommunication" -that is my label- between Galo and the transfer agent? I don't know what is up with that, but it would certainly help transparency, and boost investor confidence... unless the pending deal(s) which could be/are in the works and pending, and could alternately change the share structure and that is the reason for the "gag" order Cris could've placed on the T/A?
