Thanks Pennimon, very good insight, imo. It certainly is an interesting situation here (but painful so far for this dog) and the only thing that I hope for is an R/S that is not used just to raise more capital. Certainly CAN be what happens, but I, like the Capt and others are certainly going to be pissed.

Perhaps, if enough early orders or contracts are consumated, then maybe other financing can be arranged, i.e. loan, etc.

You are probably right about the f5 forum...they may have it down to clean up the terminology objected to by the snot...
