Revenue, Revenue.
Folks 70% of the chat on this board is just people venting their frustrations.
Whether we get a dividend, or a reverse stock split is really irrelevant in my opinion. It all boils to "Revenue". Nothing more. The stock is not going to move anywhere and will continue to stay in this price range until we start seeing significant dollars flow through.
We all bought this $0.13 stock purely based on future revenue expectations.
I have been an investor for a while and I do have a "few" shares. I am simply waiting to see Sunncomm file and finally report the dollars sitting in the bank! In most cases I skim through the SunnComm messages and delete them, as they are pretty much trash. I want to see Dolllars/Revenue/Profitiability.

So ppl can continue to complain and complain until they are as pink as sunncomm is. Bottom line take your chances and hope that Management knows what the heck they are doing (only a fool publicly commits and doesn't deliver!). At this point, everything else is fluff so we have nothing else to go on but "risk/reward". (If any buddy can prove objectively to me that they have data to say that this stock is a sound investment, let them share it. I want to see a Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and Income Statement).

As a second point, I really wonder the IT skill level of this company? How many PhD's work for this company? Years of experience? PPL focus on management (true this is important) but what about the skill level of their IT ppl (when in software). This is a software company after all. Can they afford top notch ppl, or not? I do work in software, and in my experience 1 senior experienced programmer is at least equal to 5 weak programmers if not more? At they graduates from the University if Phoenix or MIT/Stanford?
