yes, this is true, keeping with timelines makes a company look great over time. Pr a dividend date and keep it seems to me like a fast way to uplist, along with becoming a reporting company and completely legitimate. Guess what im saying is that sticking to dates and deadlines looks great on a companys resume when appealing to investors. Now for whatever reason, they havent been doing this, but its not up to me to set dates for a company, or pr, or pump for that matter i can only say imo what looks and sounds good and what doesnt to my eyes and ears.
