You can't understand what you do not know Dumar. Nobody on this board knows why they haven't submitted financials for over a year. Nobody on this board knows why, if they have wanted to uplist all year, they haven't been reporting any financials to anybody. Nobody knows why there has been a delay from the third quarter uplist date. Nobody will know until the company comes out and talks about each of these things.

If I don't understand it by now it's because it can't be understood until further notice.
