Personally, I would average down if you can afford it, but don't use the rent money to do it. No guarantee it will go up but it is at historic lows. I think it will go back to .01 someday but have no way of knowing. If nothing else I think it may go up from here, so even if it only went to half a penny it would still help cut your loss.
