Oil will see new highs, it may be 5-10 years, but it will be driven up by demand. China is adding the equivalent of the total U.S. working population to it's middle class every 5 years. Think about that for a minute or two.

If we really are at or nearing Peak Oil, hundreds of dollars per barrel can be expected.
