ES: I'm on a fairly steep learning curve here so this question is pretty basic - but would be very appreciative if you could help my understand this:

Outstanding Share Count - 273,216,492 (As per the Transfer Agency 12/29/08)

Market Cap = O/S X PPS, therefore:
Market Cap = 273,216,492 x .0008 = $218K

First, do I have the current market cap right?

Second, how/why is possible for MMU, now a VRGD company, to have annual revenues in excess of $20M...and VRGD a market cap under $250K??

What would a realistic/conservative market cap be for a company with recurring rev. in excess of $20M annually?

I understand this gap represents the oppty with VRGD, but it seems so far off the mark currently I'm thinking I must be missing something..

Thanks for any input you might have!
