And I would also say that if someone posts something that angers you, send them a PM with your information and reasons why you think they are wrong. You Might actually turn them around...
2 times in the last week I saw postings from people on 2 different boards and I replied directly to those people.
In both cases it started a series of emails and in the end I actually help convert them from the dark side. Both were new to those boards and reacting to other negative posts and just coming out with their thoughts too quickly, but did not mean anything bad. I pointed out the good DD and was positive with them.
Now instead of having 2 "Bad" posters, we have 2 new friends...
There are obviously the "other" kind of negative posters. MM's trying to drive the price down, idiots who just like to cause trouble and I even know of a case of a Teen kid who was just posting Crap to get a Reaction from the other posters for kicks...

Anyway, TR is right and responding to attacks with attacks does nothing but give you heartburn.
