I don't like either pick (CDE or NGX). CDE has performed horribly and has perhaps the most reviled CEO out there. That said, I bought some at .86. It is good for flipping only.

I forgot why I stopped following NGX...maybe it was a decline in the amount/quality of their resources...but it does look mighty cheap here. I'm putting it back on my watch list.

Take a look at MFN and AZK if you're not already. Both have had nice swings to allow for trading lately.
