I got a little info and will get more next week. I have a couple a questions. Does Cyberlux have real evidence showin a third party actin for NIR short sales? What sort of agreement would NIR force Cyberlux to sign in order ta drive down the pps? If NIR had multiple accts with brokers do they indicate direct shorting by NIR? Who is Mr. Gelmon? How did he change the conversion rate? Where's he located? What's the story on Gary Post? Ya may not want ta answer all of these questions directly. I understand that. The attorney Badway will have a more listenin ear now. If I were him I'd make it very clear that any SEC refusal to act or attempt ta cover up will result in additional suits. Ask the right questions in depositions. I suspect settlement talks will follow. If not be as public with the fight as possible. If NIR doesn't wise up it's likely other companies will follow with additional verification of the claims. Fight the battle ta win the war. Cyberlux is not fightin the war alone.
