I sent an email to Waldman from investorsrelations to point out my disappointment that there was no follow up on the previous filing.

Is a shareholder it would come as a shock for me if they did not solve the YA issue by now; They should have warned us , so normally this should be considered as a positive sign , otherwise I feel it as misleading of shareholders.
