You're right erbottom. It's probably a case of scraping the break-even line. Their prices are already low. I guess the first thing I looked at was the $7 yearly savings (since that's the plan I'm on). And it struck me as an inappropriate number. But I guess they're doing what they can.

As for the PPS bottom, I'm hoping it won't break .09. I'll be loading up on the way down.
