This is just the beginning for 2009! With interest rates continuing to go down on the 30 year mortgage, FNM and FRE are the only 2 mortgage companies capable of backing these types of growth numbers!! I have said it several times before and I will say it again! FNM and FRE are being made, by the Government, as the exclusive mortgage companies in the U.S. They are owned by the Government and controlled by the Government!! 2009 will be a great year for them both!!! Patience is the key to success!! Flipping only gets you a few bucks here and there!! When they decide to run this back up, you don't want to be on the sidelines!!
