I believe that it is important to understand the distinction between KDS sales and JV's designed to provide continuing streams of revenues, when discussing the recent closed deals.

1)KDS sales, i.e. Atlas Mining and Firma Codogni (Poland) provide revenues NOW, and no continuing revenue stream.

2)JV's, i.e. UZP Ltd. and FASC Malaysia provide for no revenues now, but continuing revenue streams after production begins.
