Funny you mentioned HOV. I bought HOV yesterday. I live in a new JS HOV development and know the townhomes are selling. The single homes are moving at a very slow pace but at these prices I think it's time to nibble a little. Only bought 1K. I am accumulating cheap stocks (most have good balance sheets)in one of my IRA portfolios just for fun for longer term.
