How do you expect it will be repaid since PPHM is CASH FLOW NEGATIVE?

1. Borrow from Peter to pay Paul? Weren't most or all of PPHM's assets used as collateral for this loan?
2. PIPE. That would be a disaster.
3. PPHM actually licenses something? I give that a 1/1000 shot.
