The letter to me and the SEC clearly states...."TD AMERITRADE previously made a business decision to manually review opening transactions in RCCH on April 16, 2007, as RCCH was identified as a target of stock manipulation at our firm".... So if the company is manipulating it's own stock from April 16, 2007 (20 months ago) from .95 cents to the present .0001 x .0002 as you are trying to convince everybody how does that work ??? The T/A was not gagged and the share structure stayed the same till the acquisitions and JV's were being PR'd. Sorry but I believe TDAmeritrade.
