Don't understand the recent in utyw???

UTYW had an interesting story and they talked up all of their sales and projects over the years and even bought 2 related companies in Israel. Than bang they seem to have closed shop in North America and moved to Israel. I think the CEO quit??

My only guess for the pop in stock interest is utyw may have new investors or someone is going to buy them?? I don't know for sure if they are is selling product or in business. Please if anyone knows the state of UTYW share with us.
