Hiru Corporation (HIRU) www.hirucorporation.com is pleased to announce that it has identified a suitable merger candidate. The merger candidate is a China based small appliance manufacturer.
The company is also continuing its negotiations for the technology purchase and exchange with Drop Vending Services, a San Marino company, in the event of a non completion with the China based small appliance manufacturer.
Mr. Keith Roberts the company's interim CEO said, "We are looking in all directions for the best opportunities. The China ones seem to be the most appealing and possibly may have the biggest growth, however, we are not discounting the opportunity with the San Marino company as this company has years of managerial experience and hundreds of customers with a loyal following."
The company having recently changed its name is in the process of appointing new management and officers.
