Yep. I do feel better. Am I pessimistic, Spark? You bet. History has given me no reason to be optimistic about SGCP. Look, I truly hope that SGCP hits us with a blockbuster PR that rocks the market and causes the PPS to soar. I have been very optimistic on this stock in the past, only to see the price continue to drift to nearly zero over the past 6 months on less than informative press releases and warm, fuzzy reports about how they are helping the locals. That's all well and good, but the bottom line measure of any stock is the bottom line. I want to see the bottom line and a forecast/plan based in real data, not wishful thinking and guess work.
My pessimism is tempored with hope that they have finally started producing gold quantities that change the financial position of the company and give us a bright outlook for 2009. That is the only thing that will move this stock. Anything less would be just more of the samo samo and this stock will quickly become worthless.
For all shareholders' sake, I hope that does not happen.
