Most all cleaning products are not patented. Its actually not very easy to do... A patent is not the value for a product of this type IMO, its the BRAND.

For example... Many companies sell soda, but only one has the name Coca Cola... And many consumers will buy it, no matter how much cheaper the competitors are.

Many companies make French Fries and Hamburgers, but there is only one McDonalds.

No, i am not sure who their law firm is.
