Agree with that:it prevents investor frustration and also weakening of support for such as yourself.Many would say all posts are just opinion and should be treated as such, but I'm sure you would agree your input is well accepted and consequently followed.
Meanwhile, is the 'apparent' lack of progress still down to tube problems or have prospective purchasers been 'satisfied' and are admin/procedural/financial the issues remaining?
