The total cpu market is comprised of many channels including: OEMS, the channel, and retail in different countries. Excluding one of these is simply not looking at the whole picture.

Ok, so when a product is available from none of the above channels, it is a paper launch, when it is available from some (not necessarily all) of the channels, it is not a paper launch.
