Snake hedge funds offshore ones are major source of nss with market makers of penny stocks. Have been for years. You need market makers to work with a hedge fund to do it. Very simple if crooks can naked short and make money with little chance of big punishment they do it big time. Crooks are smart and like easy money. Do you really think over the years all these bashers on message bds are posting so much and not for a reason? NSS is the reason.
