Tw well done and I agree with your post. Galo is who he is. BIHC as been one of the better pinks I have seen. Not many have an established business like Baron. I look at that and what happen since Ingala sold to BIHC. Its clear the business is now all about Baron and big deals they are landing, Mets, Takk, Applebees etc. I have liked them to have sold it for big cash but if buyer at the end tried to change payment terms thats how it can go. I will wait and see how well Baron is doing. Galo does what he says based on what I see in pr's and with Baron eve if he is late a lot it still happens. So he said to some of us he file results. They owned Baron since April and was in deal to sell them since June. So now that he felt Baron results kept him from selling he should file if that good. First time since they bought Baron he has a reason to. If they sold them there be no need to.

A deal not closing in no way proves scam especially when no share dumping shown by anyone. Can't have scam without a lot of shares dumped and a lot of pr's to do it. When has anyone ever seen any scam in pinks not dump 100's of millions of shares. Thats why they where a scam. Just not the case here.
