Here is my advice of which you do not have to follow. Stay away from 99.8% of all pennies and buy as much WNBD as you can, whenever you can. Don't sit here and watch the PPS daily or weekly, just keep adding at whatever the PPS is. After one year and definitely in my mind after two years, you will be retired or comfortable financially depending upon how much WNBD you bought along the way. JMOpinion, no brainer investment to me, good luck. I do own 4M shares and hope to double and triple that share total soon. But I have a feeling WNBD's PPS is getting away from me at these cheap levels.
