Somewhat biased and very inflated figures used in your example...Have never witnessed ANY r/m's with that high of a split to uplist. Possibly, this is just another innuendo.

Personally, I believe that most investors would be very happy and take their chances with a r/m to uplist onto another exchange. Obviously, at that time a proper accounting and valuation would take place to determine the split (if any). Now, wouldn't there also have to be an accounting of shares at that time???
