I did mean $.25-$.50 (twenty five cents to fifty cents). This is my rational,

If people are investing at .02 (two cents) they will get a 10% return on investment (.0021 dividend). Then if they find gold, well, that speaks for itself. This is not unreasonable if those certain things fall in place.
