I believe this is the time for Nokia to make the move and buy
out IDCC. This is a no brainer; with Samsung finally signing
and a big DEAL of about $ 600 million the time to act is now.
Instead of having to pay IDCC this coming year $ 150 million
and thereafter, it would be smart for Nokia to bid $ 45-50 a
share and control all these patents. With all that cash on hand
IDCC is a steal at around $ 50 a share. The same goes for QCOM;
they would have a virtual monopoly in 3G for less than $ 2 billion. So let's see who will make the smart move first!!
