Thank you for your email. I hope your Christmas was a good one.

I can assure you KDSC is not a "pump and dump". Yes we are planning on the name change and ticker change in January. I understand completely on obtaining more information and that is definitely something we are striving for.

Shareholders will be updated on progress.

Perhaps this will give you some reassurance, I have put everything I have into KDSC and intend on seeing it through. I expect bumps in the road, but life wouldn't be very exciting if there were no bumps to go over now would it?
