My take, for what it's worth, is that Labatt USA is what is being divested. This includes the right to produce and market, in the US, the Labatt products. No name change is necessary, or desired. Labatt in Canada will, at the buyer's option, produce the beer for the next three years. During that time Labatt will convey to the buyer all the "trade secrets" for brewing Labatt beer(s). The buyer will need to come up with replacement brewery by the end of the three years.
