What is the actual public float?
There were 16 million shares after the 1 for 20 reverse split. Likely several million shares are owned by insiders and company officers. Up to 85 million are restricted as part of the debt reduction swap.

I am guessing this leaves about 11 - 12 million of the 99 million that are owned by "us" the public stock holders.
