Merry Christmas w6 and Happy Holidays!

I have every confidence in Michel (Mike) Boux as I have stated earlier that is not the issue. MDOR by my understanding should be reporting whether they make money or lose it. As a BB stock they should have already filed to my understanding. Also stated earlier if they are in the red so what, would that be a surprise? Obviously any three month delay on any startup will have ramifications, IMO it's MDOR's fiduciary duty to keep investors informed.

I'm not suggesting the title of the PR be "Alright we totally screwed up" but I am strongly suggesting financial transparency otherwise the SEC can put a STOP Trading or HALT on Magnum. As a BB stock they have a responsibility to report and Glusic as a CEO has a fiduciary duty to keep investors informed. BOTH of these criteria are not being met IMO and it is of little wonder investor confidence is practically nonexistent.

"I recall you had a conversation with Boux, and you were impressed , lets not forget he,s still running the show on the ground there and i beleive he has big plans and aspirations not for the short term but long term"

Boux will succeed he has the drive and ambition what I am questioning is his peers walking the talk with investors. You can have a very successful company totally shaft investors and currently Magnum's BOD are not convincing me otherwise. So let me be very clear transparency is the issue NOT production.

Show me the books Joe Glusic and if not, then WHY NOT.

Anyway the chips fall. There is no better substitute than YOUR OWN DD
Including mine...good luck!
