Summer's...

definitely upon us. I've been posting on other boards a little if you want to see what I've been buying. But for the most part, volume is dry and runs are scarce. Alot of traders are calling it quits and finding real jobs. A few have lost it all, hoping that this would have turned around by now. Cash is still King and it may stay that way until around late October. Best months to trade are still November - January. Not worth daytrading at this point unless you can really babysit your holding. Bottom fishing is ok if you don't mind holding for a few weeks or months. I'm still a believer on patience and buying only the big dips.

How's the building coming along?
