Hi Gang,

I appreciate your questions and your desire to be more informed. I am going to take JP up on his offer for a long talk, probably after the first of the year. I am upset that he did not inform me concerning the RegD. We had an agreement that he would keep me informed of any major changes or events. You can be assured I will demand some answers. If I find out he is going to increase authorized shares and then dilute, I will probably wipe out the IBox and give up my position. I will be pissed. I will be going over every aspect of the Company, all of its activities. I will discuss all of the divisions of the Company and try to get a current summary of the operations.

Please appreciate that currently I am over whelmed. I am big in two stocks that are probably going to be bought out and will result in a considerable profit. Please don't ask which ones they are!

When I talk with JP I will ask what I can post and be assured I will pass along all information I can.
