Guy on Yahoo said he talked with shipping dept of Spongetech and they mentioned they were shipping for 2009 and that Walgreens said they wanted the Spongetech name bigger on the packaging. He also said:

I wrote that and i am not starting a rumor. I never said signed Walgreens, the guy I spoke to in shipping said they were putting together big orders for stores and that walgreens wanted the name Spongetech bigger and more prominent on the packaging. I spoke to Steve as well. He said "they were working with the SEC to take care of the problem hopefully before we go home for the holidays". Don't know if that happens but I think we still have a winner.
