ANPI just had a major pop. I have been tracking this from its fall from grace in the .60s. A form / section 4 was filed. The CEO has been buying it up huge in the .15 to .16 cent range. That is a great sign. Watch this one for a push through the resistance at .41 cents. It is Nasdaq so it could move wicked. The big boys make markets and move markets there !!!!!!
