If anyone wants to take the lead, the time seems ripe to bring down this house of cards. If someone can coordinate the investors here, as well as others who have left but still want a piece of the Vowlers and Garland Harris, former employees and executives, large investors like the Thayers, former franchisees like Ordinary Guy and the Budzinskis (what about Ray Monroe?) and others including stiffed vendors.
Among this group,I know there are saved e-mails, bank records, (I was told there are at least 2 photocopies of the complete American Express records, court documents and affadavits, etc. etc. PA - at one time you wanted to organize a group meeting. Still interested?
