I don't know what's holding him up. He needs to communicate with us. He probably got hung up with his lawyers figuring out the best way tax wise for the company to pay the cash dividend. The last email he sent me on Sunday simply said:

"Thank you, for the complement as they are far and few between, things are
getting done and I am feeling good about the Companys future."
