Actually I brought it up to help figure out the options issue if they sell shares now if the options would be effected by one. LC found that they would so I doubt there would be any benefit to a R/S in the future..If anything they would probably buyback first...

Thats how it came up, but we talked it thru and it doesn't look feasible....
