Hello board..spoke with Tradernation a while ago..sorry it took so long but here goes

1) Dealing with the legal issues, have counsel hired, no problems forseen there

2) Confirmed uplist to OTC IS happening however cannot be PR'd until all paperwork is submited to SEC--thinks early to mid January

3) Did not ask too many questions about Financials, but I suspect we will be pleasantly suprised....

4) He wasn't clear, but it was alluded to some BIG MAJOR news IS indeed in the pipeline...supposition is that the uplisting is most likely a requirement because of what is to follow

I'm sure there is more and I suspect a PR will be forthcoming so keep your eyes on the newswires........
