well, i have bottom surfed financials ( i figured the big hogs always get fed = C and BofA for a tidy nice profit already)and some commodities last two mos and also did some recent trades for 10K of F as a long trade. I also have long positions in solar and some some recent nasdaq trading(intel/msft/csco) as another long position. Most of my portfolio is spyders and index funds (which i expect to rebound) apart from what i have mentioned and some "a" and "b" bonds are starting to look very favorable considering zero interest t bills!! nsmg is the only penny stock i ever traded. I have found the stock easy to buy and hard to sell, no matter what cycle we were in. I averaged down this year but just got in too high originally. up two or three cents per thousand shares does not get my blood moving and I do not believe it will ever see 6 cents without at least one strong quaterly and a great deal less debt. As i said in my last post, lesson learned. I retired comfortably at 55 so my savings and investments have done me, and the misses, quite well over the long haul. Again my best wishes for a great Christmas and happy, healthy New Year to all.
