Carl,
This was not an attempt to deceive any one. Revenge Designs Inc does not operate that way. The event was simply an industry release event… we were in the planning stages to release the car in this state but in the best interest of the company we rescheduled. I was the one planning and scheduling when the Detroit show was made an opportunity, and I have been doing the planning/scheduling on that event as well. I do not pretend to understand the PinkSheets or the stock market however, as I’ve said previously I do understand marketing and promotional strategies. There is no “r/s” news. That is conjecture from paperwork filed as a “stock split” that we are not legally allowed to discuss until we go through with the process if that is even the direction we go. I believe the reason this seems a bit confusing is that it is that the re-scheduling is being made to mean far more than it does. It’s simple business sense, as I’m sure you understand, NAIAS is the best opportunity available so we took it.
Thank you, Carl!

My simple reply to this was all the company had to do was explain this (as with most things) and there would be no shareholder backlash.
